What data and for what purpose
We process the data you enter in the enquiry form: your name or company name, email address, phone (if provided), the message content and an optional attachment (e.g. a sketch or design file). We use it solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and continue business correspondence.
Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of the contract (preparing an offer, fulfilling an order).
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest: conducting business contact and handling enquiries.
Retention period
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, then for the limitation period of claims and periods required by tax law. Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest is deleted when you raise an effective objection or when it is no longer needed.
Recipients and service providers
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf (processors):
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form handling (receiving submissions and attachments).
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — the email in which we receive and conduct correspondence.
- Google (Analytics) — anonymous traffic statistics, enabled only after you consent to cookies.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
