What data and for what purpose

We process the data you enter in the enquiry form: your name or company name, email address, phone (if provided), the message content and an optional attachment (e.g. a sketch or design file). We use it solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and continue business correspondence.

Legal basis

Retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, then for the limitation period of claims and periods required by tax law. Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest is deleted when you raise an effective objection or when it is no longer needed.

Recipients and service providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf (processors):

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Design files and confidentiality

Attachments you send with your enquiry (sketches, drawings, CAD files, reference photos) are treated as confidential. We never share them with third parties, use them only to prepare a quote and produce your project, and delete them from our systems at your request.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to julia.stachurska@argentum.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Voluntariness

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry — without it we cannot prepare a reply or a quote.
