What a production brief is
A brief is the set of information a manufacturer uses to understand what to make and how. The fuller it is, the fewer questions, corrections and misunderstandings. A well-prepared brief speeds up the quote and shortens the way to a prototype.
References and dimensions
Attach sketches, reference photos or inspiration and — if you have them — dimensions (diameter, length, thickness). Mark what is essential and what can be adjusted. The clearer the material, the more accurate the 3D model.
Material, fineness and finish
State the metal and fineness (925 silver, 585/750 gold, titanium), the desired finish (polish, satin, rhodium, gold plating) and any stones. These parameters directly affect the cost and look of the piece.
Volume, lead time and budget
Give an approximate volume (remember the MOQ of 10 pieces per design), the desired lead time and a budget range. This lets us match the technology and propose a realistic path instead of a blind quote.
Files, rights and checklist
If you have a ready model, send an STL file; if not, we will prepare it, and design rights will pass to you. Gather in one place: references, dimensions, material, volume, lead time and budget, and send it in the form. See also how to choose a manufacturer.
