Custom jewelry production and private label

We work as a turnkey production platform. We take your project at any stage — from an idea or sketch, through a ready 3D model (CAD), to a production file — and carry it all the way to a packed product under your brand. In one place you get design and prototyping, pilot runs, serial production, finishing, electroplating and packaging. You don't have to coordinate several subcontractors: the whole path happens in-house in Poland, which shortens lead times and keeps quality under control. We deliver both brands' own collections and contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM) on commissioned designs.

Every order follows the same predictable path: design / CAD → prototype → approval → serial production → finishing and plating → quality control → packaging. We start by confirming feasibility and an initial quote. After approval we prepare a prototype or a pilot run for you to sign off before the main production — that is when the final weight, finishing and unit price are set. We produce in 925 sterling silver, 585 and 750 gold, titanium, as well as brass and bronze. Under one roof we combine casting, CNC machining, laser engraving and welding, 3D modelling, hand finishing and electroplating (rhodium, gold, silver). The same machine base handles delicate jewelry and technically demanding titanium pieces — a competence most manufactories lack.

The minimum order is 10 pieces per design for 925 silver and gold — you can combine several designs in one order. Lead time is usually about 6 weeks from order confirmation; the prototype is prepared earlier, individually. Model and prototype preparation is quoted separately, and the unit price is given only after prototype approval — so the offer is binding rather than indicative. We work under NDA. Sketches, files and finished designs are treated as confidential — we never share them with third parties or use them in our own collections. Rights to the finished CAD design pass to the client, and gold is usually produced from entrusted material — a contract-manufacturing standard that protects your cash flow and your brand. This makes the cooperation safe for a starting DTC brand and a large jewelry house alike.
