Gold jewelry manufacturer to order
We produce gold jewelry in 585 (14K) and 750 (18K) — to order and as private label, for brands, jewelry houses and wholesalers. The whole process runs in-house in Poland (Made in EU): from design and 3D model, through casting and machining, to finishing and packaging under your brand.
Gold from entrusted material
In gold production the standard is settlement from entrusted material: the client supplies the metal, and we are responsible for the making, process losses and quality. This protects your cash flow and cleanly separates the cost of the metal from labour. We explain this in production from entrusted gold.
Fineness, colours and finishes
We deliver yellow, white and rose gold in 585 and 750. We offer rhodium plating of white gold, high polish, satin and texturing, plus laser engraving. What the fineness marks mean is explained in silver and gold fineness.
The full process under one roof
Design and 3D model (CAD), casting, CNC machining, hand finishing and electroplating — all with us, which gives repeatable quality and control of metal losses. We can recreate a design, develop a sketch or design a collection from scratch.
Volumes, lead times and pricing
The minimum order is 10 pieces per design, and the lead time is usually about 6 weeks from order confirmation. Labour is quoted separately from the metal value; the unit price is finalised after prototype approval, once the item's weight is known. See also custom production and wedding bands.
