From idea to design
Production starts with an idea: a sketch, reference photo or description. From this we build a 3D model (CAD), watching wall thickness, stone settings and weight. This stage decides feasibility and cost — the better the model, the fewer corrections later.
Prototype and approval
From the model we make a prototype — a resin print or trial cast — which the client approves before serial production. At this stage we finalise look, weight, finishing and the unit price. Prototyping reduces the risk of errors across the whole series.
Casting and machining
The approved design goes to casting (lost wax), then to machining: cutting, grinding, laser processing and CNC. We control parameters to limit porosity and defects.
Finishing and plating
Items go through hand finishing (polishing, satin) and electroplating (rhodium, gold). This stage gives jewelry its final look and protects the surface.
Quality control and packaging
Every batch passes quality control: conformity with the design, coating and stone-setting quality. Finally comes packaging and — on request — labelling under the client's brand. More on batch acceptance in quality control.
