Jewelry casting & contract production

We offer jewelry casting and contract production (OEM/ODM) — from 3D model and wax to a finished, refined piece in silver, gold or brass.

Jewelry casting and contract production

We provide jewelry casting using the lost-wax method and contract production for brands and workshops that need repeatable, well-cast blanks or finished pieces. We cast silver, gold, brass and bronze, and run the whole process in-house in Poland (Made in EU).

The casting process

Path: 3D model (CAD) or client's model → wax tree → plaster mould → burnout → vacuum-pressure casting → cutting, machining and finishing. We control temperature and parameters to limit porosity and defects. After casting we can take over full finishing and electroplating.

Materials and capabilities

We cast 925 silver, 585 and 750 gold (usually from entrusted material), plus brass and bronze for masters and decorative pieces. We handle single prototype casts and series. More on how production works is in our guide.

Volumes, lead times and pricing

For serial production the minimum order is 10 pieces per design, and the lead time is usually about 6 weeks from confirmation. The price is finalised after the prototype, once weight and labour are known. Gold is settled from entrusted material, separately from labour.

Who it is for

For jewelry brands, goldsmith workshops and manufacturers who want to outsource casting or the whole contract production. See also custom production and private label.

How to order casting

Send a 3D model (STL) or a physical master, state the metal, fineness and volume — we will reply with a quote and lead time. We serve Poland and export (PL/EN/DE).
