Wedding bands under your own brand — the model
A jeweller or brand can order wedding bands under their own brand in the private label model: our making, your logo and packaging. It is a way to a consistent band line without investing in machinery and a plating department.
Step 1: choose designs and profiles
You start by selecting profiles, widths, fineness (585/750) and finishes. You can use our proven models or supply your own design — we will prepare the model in CAD.
Step 2: prototype and approval
We make a prototype pair that you approve before production. At this stage we finalise weight, finish and inside engraving. The unit price is given after prototype approval.
Step 3: gold and settlement
Gold is usually made from entrusted material. Labour is quoted separately from the metal value, which helps control the shop's margin.
Step 4: production and packaging
After approval we start production (minimum order 10 pieces per design, lead time usually about 6 weeks). On request we add packaging and labels under your brand, ready for sale.
