Types of hoop earrings

Because hoops have direct, prolonged skin contact (and the post with the ear), the material must meet the EU nickel-release standard — which is why 925 silver, gold and titanium are the safe choice here. The finish (polish, satin, diamond-cut) is matched to the brand’s style. Hoops with cubic zirconia additionally require precise stone setting.
