What OEM and ODM mean
OEM and ODM are two contract-manufacturing models. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we produce to your design. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we supply our ready design, which you brand as yours. We run both under full confidentiality.
OEM — your design
In OEM you bring a sketch or a ready model, and we handle production: prototype, casting, machining, finishing and packaging. You have full control of the pattern, and rights to the CAD design stay with you. It is the path for brands with their own aesthetic — see custom production.
ODM — our design
In ODM you choose from our ready designs and launch faster, without a design stage. It is the path for brands that want to fill out a range or start without investing in design. Close to this is private and white label.
Which model to choose
OEM when you have your own designs and want to protect them. ODM when speed and a lower entry barrier matter. Many brands combine both: part bespoke (OEM), part from ready models (ODM). We advise on matching to your strategy.
Confidentiality and ownership
Whichever model, we work under NDA, and in OEM rights to the finished CAD design pass to the client. We do not reuse entrusted designs in our own collections — the foundation of trust in contract manufacturing.
